I bought the fall issue of Burda Plus because there are a couple dresses in there I neeeeeeeeeed. Readers who have children or close relationships with children should recognize the whiney, elongated, stetched neck neeeeed. Of course an ad in the mag showed pattern #7331.
I love the bits of sheer fabric at the hem and sleeves. I have some embroidered mesh I got from Marcy Tilton that would be perfect. And the draped neckline seems to be a thing this fall. I like this one because it's drapey, but not overly so.
I picked up some poly-rayon and maybe cotton lightweight-ish sweater knit at joanns. It feels sooooo nice! And it has enough body to pull off the drape without being stiff. I think I'll wear this a lot this winter.
It must be okay because I texted a pic to DD#1 and she promptly told me she wants one and would wear it all the time. That helps with Christmas ideas I guess. Love this pattern!
